  • Absolutely. We encourage you to feel 100% confident in your purchase. We’re happy to coordinate a time for you to take the car to a local mechanic of your choice.

  • While we don’t always have every receipt from previous owners, we provide a full record of the safety inspection and any maintenance we performed once the vehicle arrived at our lot.

  • Please bring a valid driver’s license.

  • We do not provide in house finance options. We encourage our customers to contact their local bank to explore financing options.

  • Yes! We are happy to work with your preferred bank or credit union. Just provide us with the contact information for your loan officer, and we will handle the necessary paperwork.

  • In addition to the vehicle price, Texas residents can expect standard state-required costs like sales tax, title, and registration fees. We’ll provide a clear ‘out-the-door’ breakdown before you sign anything. Out of state buyers pay the listing price and small fee for temporary plates.

  • We accept cash, cashier’s checks, or a promissory note from the buyers bank if financing.

  • We price our vehicles competitively based on current market data from Kelley Blue Book. This ‘no-haggle’ approach ensures everyone gets our best price right away without the stress of negotiation.

  • While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure the vehicle is pulled out, cleaned, and ready for you when you arrive.

  • The ‘out-the-door’ price is the total amount you’ll pay to drive the vehicle off the lot. It includes the base price of the car plus any applicable state sales tax, title transfer fees, and registration costs. We believe in total transparency, so we are happy to provide a complete line-item breakdown for any vehicle you’re interested in before you make a decision.

  • At this time, we do not accept trade-ins. We focus exclusively on providing the best possible value on our current inventory. However, we are happy to provide local recommendations for services that buy used vehicles if you are looking to sell your current car before purchasing from us.

  • We do not officially hold vehicles with monetary deposits; however, if you are traveling from out of town, please give us a call. We can provide a ‘courtesy hold’ for the duration of your drive to ensure the car is here when you arrive.

  • You will receive a complete packet including your Bill of Sale, Odometer Disclosure, Title Application, Temporary registration, and a copy of your buyers guide.

  • Once the paperwork is processed, buyers will immediately be issued permanent plates. It typically takes 3-4 weeks to revieve the registration sticker. We will contact you as soon as they are ready for pickup or mail them to your address.

  • No, we do not provide extended service contracts. We recommend that customers interested in extended coverage explore reputable third-party providers that specialize in used vehicle protection plans.

  • To keep our prices as competitive as possible, all vehicle sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once the purchase is completed. We strongly encourage all customers to perform a thorough test drive and a pre-purchase inspection with a mechanic of their choice prior to buying.

  • Because we operate on a final sale basis, we do not have a ‘cooling-off’ period for vehicle purchases. We are committed to transparency and will provide all available history and inspection details upfront to help you make a confident decision.
